ETHENEA on the upcoming FED meeting

There is no doubt that this week's focus will be the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday. Although both the service sector and private consumption continue to support U.S. economic growth, the ongoing trade dispute with China is keeping uncertainty, particularly in the U.S. manufacturing industry, high. ETHENEA on the upcoming ECB meeting

In light of the weak economy in the eurozone (in particular in Germany), inflation has been below the ECB target of "below but close to two percent" for some time now. The main causes of this weak economic growth are the trade conflict between the U.S. and China, which is still causing considerable uncertainty, and the lack of clarity around Brexit.
